What is your minimum order quantity?

Our MOQ for custom private label production is 150 units per model and colour. Smaller quantities are possible from our stock service, where we brand existing bag models with your logo.

How long does a sample take?

Once artwork and specifications are approved, a sewn sample is normally ready in 10 to 15 working days. Stock-service samples with your branding are usually faster, around 5 to 7 working days.

What are your production lead times?

Standard bulk production runs 4 to 6 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity, materials and decoration technique. We confirm an exact date with every order confirmation.

How do you ship, and which Incoterms do you work with?

We ship worldwide by road, sea and air from Barcelos, Portugal. We normally quote EXW or DAP, and we also work with FCA and FOB on request. Palletised European deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

What is the difference between private label and your stock service?

Accepted Answer

Private label means we manufacture the bag from scratch to your pattern, material and size specification. The stock service uses our existing certified bag models, decorated with your logo, for faster delivery and lower minimums.

What are your payment terms?

Accepted Answer

For new customers we work with 50% on order confirmation and 50% before dispatch. Open account terms can be agreed after a track record of repeat orders.

Which certifications do you hold?

We produce with GOTS, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and GRS certified materials, and we can supply the corresponding documentation and traceability records for your order.

Question 8

What artwork files do you need?

Accepted Answer

Vector files are best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG, with fonts outlined and Pantone references for each colour. For embroidery we also accept DST files. High-resolution PNG at 300 dpi works for transfer printing.
